My preparation is not good for the semesters.Is WBUT Organiser alone helpful enough to fetch me 8.00 cgpa in 3rd SEMESTER Exam?(ECE)

my b.tech marks from 1st sem are 8.56, 8.28, 8.28, 8.69, 8.58, 8.36, 8.70, 8.76 ... now how will I calculate aggregate percentage... converting each sem's marks in percent ,then averaging it... or converting my dgpa in percentage ??

for how many years can a yearlag student stay in their college?as in are they allowed to stay in college until and unless they finish their course?If some one gets 2 times yearlag then what happens?please send me the rules and regulations of wbut regarding this matter at sohinigoswami@ymail.com
