my b.tech marks from 1st sem are 8.56, 8.28, 8.28, 8.69, 8.58, 8.36, 8.70, 8.76 ... now how will I calculate aggregate percentage... converting each sem's marks in percent ,then averaging it... or converting my dgpa in percentage ??

calculate the average marks of all sem and subtracts .75 from it and multiply by 100.
