sir,i am final yr student.somebody says a new rules is updated,rules"if u want to pass urs written exm in each subject u must get 28 marks whatever u got urs internal marks"--if this is right,from which batch this rules active?
wbut gives marks for top 3 or best of 3 in a group???
Also i have listen that 28 out of 100 is the new pass mark of wbut sem,is it true?
