I've a GPA of 8 in my 1st semester. The results of the 2nd sem are yet to be declared. Can I change my stream if I manage to secure a YGPA of 8.5 in my 1st yr??

I am a b-tech 2014 pass out student of EE.I want to download my 1st & 6th sem result from the university website.I can't found anything to download my result before the session of 2013-2014 from university website www.wbutech.net.Please give me the link of the site to download my previous two semester result...thank you!!!!!!!!
