Which can be the best book for ISAD 2nd sem

I am an ex-student of WBUT. I need the academic transcripts for my degree in a sealed envelope from the University. It would be required for Visa application. Does anyone know of any contact or any document which can help me in this?

Sir I have read an earlier query about full marks that wbut offers full 10 CGPA as the highest marks, which means >=92.5. So then what should be the Total marks be assumed ? A 100 or 92.5? If 100 is assumed then our cumulative marks according to marks we have obtained by CGPA shall decrease? Sir please if you can kindly answer the question as soon as possible.
sir,I request you to provide me the full marks & as well as marks obtained by me.I was a student of ME branch of 2011-2015 batch.My overall dgpa is 8.87. This information is necessary for applying for jobs.
