Hii, I'm final year B.tech student. We have heard about one notice circulated from MHRD minister Narendra Modi to every engineering college/UG/PG college that Includes Non-academic activity is mandatory to every student and there will be some marks on it on the basis of certificate of that non academic activity related work. My questions is, Who is the authority to provide us that certificate which will be acceptable to wbut university? This is the new program under nptel courses. So Anyone can please explain me all the steps to get right certificate and way of doing such non-academic job and get certificate. I'm from Dr. B.C. Roy Engg. College and here Even faculties have no knowledge about this whole new program. please guide me anyone. Thanks a lot!!
