My nephew has ranked 45051 in WBJEE 2011 and he comes under the Tution Fee Waiver Scheme. If the Colleges/Stream offered to him is not chosen by him in TFW Category, will he be able to appear in the General Counselling date?

which would be better among b.p poddar, Netaji Subhas, MCKV or st. thomas for studing cse
