* we have to make a draft of rs 500 ok now i will first go for aieee under wbjee and submit the draft but wont select the college ! now the next time i go for wbjee counsellin under wbjee rank do i have to make a seperate draft for it? plz answer immediately!

My nephew has ranked 45051 in WBJEE 2011 and he comes under the Tution Fee Waiver Scheme. If the Colleges/Stream offered to him is not chosen by him in TFW Category, will he be able to appear in the General Counselling date? Your help in this regards will very much be appreciated.
