In wbjee counselling if I get a seat in the 1st round and I book my seat by giving the amount of fee told by the wbjee board. now if i get a better college in the 2nd round of counselling and want to take admission in the 2nd one then will i have to pay that same amount of fee again or it will be adjusted from that previous one?
my wbjee 2013 general rank is 17295 and tfw rank is 3221... what the best colleges that i can get??? i want to study mech./ electrical/ civil/ eie/ chem...... i am very confused.... pls help... pls.pls.pls. thank you
