nowadays many private engineering colleges (for example tecno india,budge budge institiute of technology etc) dont judge any student by his/her sc/st rank..but there is an eligibility criteria that sc candidates must have secure 40% in pcm and 45% for general.now my question is that if a candidate secure 40% in pcm and belongs to sc..is he/she eligible in those colleges???plz help!!

i've scored 53% @ hs.and now i'm in mechanical engimeerimg stream.if i score above 60% @b.tech will my hs no. affect my campusing??plz help!
As i hv completed my 8th sem... got 8.43. but the result showing (X) as i have also given a single paper of 6th sem.(backlog)..so can any 1 help me to kno tht how much marks i hv 2 secure in the theory paper... as i got quite good marks in internal...& if i get a resupply what will b the nxt step to do...& also how they used to chk the backlog paper is it tough checking or somewhat considerable????? plz reply..
