Hey, if someone got 3 suppli in 1st sem and again 2 suppli in 2nd sem will the guy will be year lag or not? i heard that the year lag rules has been lifted out.. is it true? i also met wbut officals, they also told the same.. but am nt sure still.. do anyone know about it??
With 4 suppli in a year what is the minimum YGPA requird to avoid year lag???

nowadays many private engineering colleges (for example tecno india,budge budge institiute of technology etc) dont judge any student by his/her sc/st rank..but there is an eligibility criteria that sc candidates must have secure 40% in pcm and 45% for general.now my question is that if a candidate secure 40% in pcm and belongs to sc..is he/she eligible in those colleges???plz help!!
