I want to do workshop a on hadoop & bigdata , e-commerce & cryptography and network security.
Already 1st semester have gone...but till now Higher education of WB (wbhed) is not release any notice for West Bengal Free ship scheme (WBFS).so my college is not accept any application for this scheme.Now what should I do to apply the scheme WBFS?
