I have done the summer training of Android App Development this year under Mywbut. After completion of the course everyone will get the course completion certificate but I have also done a project on my own and mailed to admin@mywbut.com.So will I get any project completion certificate and if so how will I get the confirmation and within how many days?

This year an extra round of counseling is being conducted and as per the rules it is stated that a candidate who has already taken admission through e-counseling can also participate in the mop-up round, so , actually I wanted to know about the fees to be paid at the allotted institute, whether the fee from candidate's last institute where he took admission will be transferred automatically to the new institute or the money will be returned to the candidate? Is there any rule regarding this or the board lacks any such rule? If the board lacks? What about the candidate's money? Will it ever returned? If yes , then how?

In the fifth semester of CSE there are four subjects in the free elective FE section, out of which we haveto choose one. My college teaches OBJECT ORIENTED PROGRAMMING (CS504D) every year.
I want to opt DATA COMMUNICATION (CS504B) but my HOD ain't allowing me since I'm the only student who's choosing this subject! How can I force her? Is there any rule of MAKAUT than can help me pleading her my part?
