i ma 2nd year student.,i wwant to know about govt.job prospects in this sector.pls tell truth

Hi...This is Pallab from Regent College.I got backlog in 1st sem.After that I cleared upto 4th Sem with no backlogs..I had some physical unfit neess.So not able to give backlog exam in 3rd sem .From Wbut they said if u have more than 7 then it is possible.But now the time they refused...They told its year lack...Is the reason ?Whether this 1 year lack in between the exam system make my life carrer a big hamper or something loss.
