One of my friends from West Bengal is studying Diploma in CS(3rd yr.) in Bangalore from BSF Institute of Technology. Is he able to take part in next JELET?
If he can, then does he need to come in Bengal for all the processes(e.g. Form Collection, Submission, Exam Sitting) or is there any alternation available for the outsider?
And the last important thing, the syllabus of the Diploma is quite different to them, then how could he manage the questions in exam?
I'm not able to get the proper information through the official site of JEE. So please help me as soon as possible, so that the preparation can be started.
