i got a supply in 5th sem control system and den again in 7th sem i got resupply..my ygpa is 6.7 so will i get a year lag..and if not den wen do i get a chance to clr the paper? pls reply..thank you

I have heard that only those who have got supplementary in any paper can review that paper and others can only scrutiny their paper if they have got below their expected marks. Is it true.Please tell me the details of this procedure.
