after 2009 ,I now want to a course BCA , can I do it in regular course?? if I can how I do it?can I do it by WBJEE?

i had 2 backlogs in the 1st semester with SGPA 4.71.if i fail to pass the backlogs,will i get a year lack?
why not bca suggestion here?
