on 2017-11-25 12:14:08two methods are there to use tube light without starter.rnrnone method is to use electronics ballast instate of electrical chock .rnrnand the second one is use conventional electrical chock and open the starter terminal and generate spark just touching the two wire and tube light will glow . normally decorator personal use this method .
