If you use mobile than download tubemate and open it than search for nptelhrd than goto channels.from here you can download the video lectures. And if you use laptop than install internet download manager>open Google chrome>goto setting>extension>add internet download manager as a extension .open mywbut website click on video tutorial>choose stream>choose sem>open any subject>play video.when you play video you will see an option the download the video.
