What will happen if someone does not appear in the 1st semester exams of WBUT because of some reasons like not filled the requisite forms of WBUT which are needed to be filled & submitted with exam fees before the exams ?.....plz reply anyone

If you do not appear in any of the paper of 1st sem, you need to re-appear for all these papers in 3rd sem.
