i secure 55% in btech bt in gate if i score good mesns betwwn 45-50 mark then can i elligible for psu or iit for mtech?

Some IIT & PSUs company wants a at least minimum 60% in BTech... IIT Bombay cut off is 70%, ... keep trying.
