What is the starting salary provided by companies like TCS, CTS, IBM, Infosys, etc.? Does Microsoft recruit engineers from WBUT colleges? If so, how much do they offer for a start?

Last year starting salary by most companies was around 3 Lakhs in WBUT colleges. Microsoft visits WBUT (IT) campus only in West Bengal.

tcs-3.1 cognizant-3.1, ibm-3.23 satyam-3, wipro-2.75-3.0 accenture-2.75 capgemini-2.5 infosys-3.1-3.25 more or less in hand u would get around 18-20 thosand as your starting salary

but some of my seniors are saying that IBM n microsoft provide 30000.
