on 2013-06-04 09:30:00To pass in a theory paper, you require 40 out of 100 (including 30 marks of Internal). And at the time of copy checking (for 70 Marks Theory Paper), teachers do not know marks in Internal, so how can they give 1 or 2 grace marks.
