HI, I am applying for PhD programmes in the US colleges this year. So, I would need quite a few transcripts from WBUT. Can you please explain to me what needs to be done in a step-wise manner. This is further challenging for me as currently I live in Bangalore and I need to visit Calcutta for this purpose. Thanks for your help.
