I the 1st sem syllabus why CH-101(Chemistry Theory) and CH-191(Chemistry Practical) is NOT given?

From this year, first year syllabus is been revised. Now CS,IT will have only Physics - 1 in 1st Sem and Chemistry - 1 in second sem.
