I am a b.tech student of applied electronics and instrumentation engineering.Can i do m.tech in electronics and communication engineering?If so,can i pursue it from any one of the IIT\'s/JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY/BESU/NIT\'s?

M.Tech. is not done in Electronics and Communication, but in a specialized subject like Mechatronics, Microelectronics ..... As you are AEIE student, you may not be able to get ECE subjects as most colleges consider AEIE as EE ..
