i have heard that to get selected by any MNC we need to have 60% in 10,12 and all the semesters in btech..so, shud we get 60% in pcm or average in all the subjects taken together in 12?

Not in each semester, but overall marks in B.Tech. should be 60%. Also in Class 12, overall percentage should be 60% more than 60%, not in PCM only.
