sir, will the market of it go down after 2 yrs? then which would be good college for ece in my rank 22,232. please reply me fast. i am totally confused.

There is no such prediction for slowdown of IT market within two years. You will not get top colleges for ECE, so I will suggest you if you are getting IT in a good college then go for it.
