My nephew has ranked 45051 in WBJEE 2011 and he comes under the Tution Fee Waiver Scheme. If the Colleges/Stream offered to him is not chosen by him in TFW Category, will he be able to appear in the General Counselling date? Your help in this regards will very much be appreciated. Yes, if you don\'t book a seat the time of TWF counselling then you can attend General Counselling and book a seat there.
