sir, i have got 22100 rank, can i got dr. B.c roy/bp poddar in cse. Sir can i go for 2nd counseling for haldia/techno/heritage/st. Thomas/bp poddar/netaji subhash in cse. Sir pls pls suggest me

according to me u vl not get B.c roy/bp poddar in cse it wld be a good decisn to go for 2nd councelling.... Another thing for 2nd councelling u need to enter into the councelling hall in 1st councelling and register urself for 2nd councelling otherwise u vll not be allowed to enter in 2nd councelling

no way in 1st counselling .. you can register for 2nd.. but it depends on luck totally..
