when is the best and the most suitable time to start the preparation for IES upsc examination?

IES is one of the most prestigious exams in India. So you need a more concentrated preparation if you want to appear in IES. Most suitable time will be 3rd year as you will be able to appear in 4th year. One year of dedicated study will be more than enough.
