I lost my certificates. Can I apply online through " http://makautwb.in.net/ "? If so, after applying online, is there any further procedure to follow? Is it an authorized website?
If questions are coming from out of syllebus
Then if I attempt them then will I get any Mark's?

Why there is no study material provided in machanical engineering in 3rd sem?
Why has the question paper database still not updated . Its more than 6 years since it was last updated . Questions of last 5 years is mostly followed and i have not got a single question paper from 2012 . please update the question paper database ASAP.
