What is the procedure for changing college after 1st semeter? Actually I want to transfer myself to a other college under other university due to some reasons.
Already 1st semester have gone...but till now Higher education of WB (wbhed) is not release any notice for West Bengal Free ship scheme (WBFS).so my college is not accept any application for this scheme.Now what should I do to apply the scheme WBFS?
