i want to do mca from wbut but i hav a back in one subject in part 2. That result comes out in november while the part 3 comes out in july-august.Does wbut give an extension period to submit the marksheet. if so how long is it?

What will be the effect of POP H and XTHL when stack is empty? since data access from below of the stack is not possible logically, so will it generate any error report or something else? Please help me.......
