If i get a college in wbjee counseling in 1st round and thengo for second round and then dont get any in second round will i get back my first choices?

my rank in wbjee 2016 is 11742 which colleges can get into.i have 87% marks in 12 board cbse and scored 99 in jee mains. pls reply fast about the status .its getting on nerves now....
