I am a 3rd year student and was absent in my all 5th semester exam(practical and theory both) And now due to my medical condition i was not able to attend my regular classes due to which my college is not allowing me to give 6th semester exams If i leave my 6th semester also then will i get year back?

Year back rule is no more applicable in MAKAUT. You can clear your 5th and 6th semester papers during 7th and 8th semester.
