In the fifth semester of CSE there are four subjects in the free elective FE section, out of which we haveto choose one. My college teaches OBJECT ORIENTED PROGRAMMING (CS504D) every year. I want to opt DATA COMMUNICATION (CS504B) but my HOD ain't allowing me since I'm the only student who's choosing this subject! How can I force her? Is there any rule of MAKAUT than can help me pleading her my part?
