Can I change my collage after 1st year? I haven't given exam in this year... Is there some procedure to change or transfer college...? If it is possible then what t&c applied for this....? Pls reply me.... It's urgent....

If you want to change your college, then you have to appear for WBJEE or JEE Mains again
