How can I be eligible to change my college in 2nd year remaining in same branch ? It is frequently heard off that if marks after 1st year are more than 9.3 cgpa , then he may be eligible to do so . Is it true or not?

You cant change your college. You can change ur department, given that your cgpa of first year is above 8.5 and also if seats are available in that particular department
