I think I qualify to answer this Question as I already have 1 F in First Semester and Another two F in second Semester, There is no need to worry. You just need to reappear in the subject you failed next year ( Not next sem). And get passing marks. I am 2nd year student. This time I cleared Physics Suppli of First sem. So, There is nothing to worry about. Also If you expect to get passed, you can review you result by paying rs. 200 . Form will be given on makautexam.net [ PRS/PPR]
