If someone get 6.6 sgpa in 1st sem....it will create a problem in future ? Or not... suggest me pls....is not it a very bad point ?

NO. It is NOT very bad point considering that you nees to read many non departmental subject all at once. 6.6 is not that good score but not that bad either. Just try to improve score from next sem, specifically from 3rd sem, when your departmental subject starts. So, It's Not bad point as of now. But It will be bad if the situation do not improve.
