what is the special supplementary exam and what does it mean when it says that only people who havent given subjects for review can sit for it does it mean 8 th sem review or review in any sem .

Special Supple exam are for final year students. Probably, it means students who haven't given review for 8th and 7th semesters (not so sure, though)
