I have seen all the details of West Bengal Freeship scheme on Mywbut.com site on WBFS. My college didn't accept my documents for the scheme though I have eligibaled for it. Actually college ignore it. Now what can I do? How can I apply it? Can University(wbut) helps me?

You should contact MAKAUT Salt lake office regarding this, and also let them know that your college ignored about it.
