my wbjee general rank is 17304 but tfw rank is 3659.can I get government college with the help of tfw rank?

no.. There is no chance to get TFW in govt college directly, but you can get TFW at some college like NARULA JIS BBIT, but my suggestion is to go join any college with your general rank, then apply there for WBFS
