I am 2015 passout and havenot recieved the upgraded marksheet for 4th sem after clearing a supply i had applied for the marksheet 2 months ago and i havent still got the marksheet i contacted my colg and uni they are not saying any perticular date for the marksheet only saying it will take a lot of time i need the marksheet on urgent basis what do i do??
