Hello is there year lag is still applicable?.......... acctualy i got supply at 3 subject in 1st semister........... and i am feeling like i can get 2 suppy in 2nd sem..... so can u pls tell me that year lag is still applicable or not?

on 2014-05-26 09:30:00i think there is no year lag from this year. last year in my class one student got year lag (he did not able to pass 2nd year) now in 3rd year when even sem started, some new rule added and he able to give special exam and able to promoted 3rd year.
