nah it's still theory+internal=40 here is the notice link: http://www.wbut.ac.in/datas/users/0-notice.pdf check 6.1 part: "In order to pass the B.Tech/B.pharm/B.Arch/B.Optim/BHM programme course a candidate must obtain at least D grades in each of the Theory, practical and Sessional items"

its written D in each of theory and sessional items .. here sessional items means internal marks...

"sessional item" does not mean internal marks. it's probably after 3rd year training marks. already i went to college office and asked about 40 marks rule, they said it's 40marks out of 100 (30 internal+70 written)
