I am b.tech 3rd year student.i have cleared backlog papers in 3 subject till now.i am also 2 year drop out before taking admission in b.tech.the good thing is I am not hoping any forthcoming backlog.my cgpa is around 6-point till now.am I eligible to get job in any it company?i am very tensed.pls help...

2 year drop may not be problem. but you should not have any current back logs.
