what is the pass marks of each subject in 3rd semister?

it is said that 28 is pass marks out of 70 but if you reach 25 it will be granted

it is completely wrong.there is no separate pass marks for theory and lab papers.Total pass marks is 40 in each paper(including both theory and lab papers).
