I am student of 1st year EEE.may I transfer my college in 1st year? for this do I have to pay new admission fees and what essentially things I have to do?

on 2012-10-21 09:30:00I think there is no such rule to change your college. You can change your college only if seats are still vacant in other colleges. Or by appearing in next year Entrance Test.
